facility, the upper levels | heavily fortified infrastructure, encompassed by high electric-charged walls. it keeps the land fiare out, but not the ones up in the sky. three floors total: top floor belongs to the rege, second floor belongs to the harem and ground floor belongs to security as well as personal attendants of the rege. weapons are kept with security but the rege has his own personal armory.
underground, midlevels | accessed through an elevator in the former processing center for prisoners. two floors total: first level down are research and medical. second level down are supplies, food prep and boarding for children 13 years of age or younger. once 14, they are assigned their official roles, but until then, they go through training on a rotational cycle to develop their skills.
underground, lower levels | known as the cells, they have two floors but only one is currently in use. first level down from midlevel, all individuals deemed "expendable" are relegated to the prison area where they live together. formally called runners (or less formerly, rats), they are used for supply hunts only. dark, dirty and cramp, conditions are piss poor and rations given are little more than scraps. deaths are common from fights, starvation and any number of other reasons. survival of the fittest with the strongest, smartest and/or most ruthless getting the opportunity to advance to a higher rank. unfortunately, even if they can survive inside, majority of them don't make it on the outside. lowest level contains the backup generator and doubles as a bunker in case of emergency.
